The Resource Manager will play a crucial role in leading the development and acquisition of key resources for data center projects in Indonesia. This position requires a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful execution of projects and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities- Project Leadership – Lead the development and acquisition strategy for resources, including land, utilities, connectivity, and government relationships, for projects in Indonesia.
- Budget Guidance – Collaborate with the Finance & Analysis team to guide the development and execution of resource capital budgets.
- TOP Permits – Responsible for securing TOP permits for our Indonesia projects.
- Project Understanding – Maintain a deep understanding of GDS's existing projects and future development plans.
- Team Coordination – Coordinate with various teams to support data center development.
- Metrics Management – Develop and manage metrics to quantify project resources within Indonesia.
- Stakeholder Management – Manage relationships with external consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the entire project life-cycle.
- Customer Collaboration – Work closely with the Sales & Business teams to understand customer demands and requirements, implementing them in project development.
- Government Relations – Collaborate with Government Relations to build strong relationships with local authorities, ensuring project approval and timely delivery.
- Strong background in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with resource development and managing government relationships for large-scale data center projects, preferably in Indonesia.
- Ability to understand existing projects and future development plans, and coordinate across multiple teams and functions.
