Job Description
- Fully responsible for achieving sales targets in the managed territory for accounts and distributors
- Build good relationship with accounts and distributors in managed territory
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product category performance to develop work plan
- Ensure promotional programs agreed are implemented effectively at the store level
- Ensure on-shelf availability is maintained and out-of-stock (OOS) is minimized
- Lead, direct, coach Sales Promotion Team members in carrying out daily visit routes
