Responsibilities
Prospecting and identifying new potential clients through research, networking and cold calling
Developing and executing targeted sales campaigns to secure new business
Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiations and closing deals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience
Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to team goals
Analysing sales data and reporting on pipeline, forecasting and performance metrics
QualificationsA minimum of 3 years' experience in a new business development or sales role, ideally within the Sales industry
A proven track record of successfully prospecting, generating leads and closing new business deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Proven influencing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to handle objections and close deals
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a complex pipeline
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
