Business Development Executive

SEACAD Technologies INDONESIA provides Enterprise digital solutions including digital manufacturing solutions to our established customers based in INDONESIA.

We are always looking to expand our sales team and require a Business Development to be a part of our award winning, dynamic team with the skills to showcase the ideas and innovation on the advanced cloud engineering data management and additive manufacturing solutions to our prospects and existing customers.

• Product presentation to customer online or on site
• Supported by sales engineers during appointments to identify the right solutions for customers
• Successfully create business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage negotiations with senior-level executives
• Customer service, build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Lead nurturing and closing opportunities are primary KPI

• Basic Salary
• Commission
• Car with Petrol and parking charges provided or Taxi/ Grab Provided

• Diploma/ Degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 2 year sales experience
• No industry experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing & outspoken personality
• Highly motivated, independent, aggressive and self-driven
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
