Telemarketing Executive - Singapore Customer Leads
Sin Lee Stationery is looking for a Telemarketing Executive in Batam to support our Singapore sales team. Your main role is to call customers in Singapore, introduce our products, follow up old customers and help our sales team create more sales opportunities.
Key responsibilitiesCall schools, offices, companies and existing customers in Singapore
Introduce stationery, exercise books, calendars, diaries and customised products
Follow up customers who have not ordered for some time
Collect customer requirements and update the database
Arrange follow-up for the Singapore sales team
Help follow up quotations
Update Google Sheets / CRM every day
Prepare daily and weekly reports
About youConfident to speak on the phone
Able to make regular customer calls daily
Basic English communication
Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia
Able to use Excel / Google Sheets
Careful with customer details
Responsible and willing to follow up
Experience in telemarketing, sales admin, customer service or call centre is preferred
Basic salary above Batam UMK
