SSTC is the first and only Gold Learning Partner directly accredited to NEBOSH in Indonesia and serves international clients across industries, especially in the marine and oil & gas sectors. The company began with safety consultancy and project management and has expanded to offer a broad range of customized, internationally recognized courses.
These courses can be delivered off‑site at client premises both locally and overseas, reflecting SSTC’s flexible and client‑focused approach. SSTC is a Gold Learning Partner Accredited Course Provider for NEBOSH IGC, an IOSH Approved Training Provider, and offers CQI IRCA certified Lead Auditor courses.
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Singapore. The Sales and Marketing Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and promote SSTC’s consultancy and training services in targeted industries. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting client meetings and presentations, and following up to close deals.
The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media presence, coordinating events or webinars, and supporting branding initiatives. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, track market trends, and prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Marketing capabilities such as campaign planning, digital and social media marketing, and basic content creation for promotional materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and articulate service value clearly.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in training, education, or safety‑related industries (e.g., marine, oil & gas) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM software; familiarity with online marketing tools is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively, meet targets, and collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
