• Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers in the assigned territory and with assigned or named targets.
• Execute the sales process as per rollout/training: pipeline management (sales cycles reporting in Sales CRM system), provide client and target information, conduct sales calls/visits, maintain opportunity and pipeline (sales activity) data in CRM.
• Achieve the monthly opportunities target as agreed.
• Develop volume projections and short‑ and long‑term action plans to meet targets.
• Support and consult the overseas network on related prospects (sales leads).

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years as a Sales Hunter in the Freight Forwarding business or relevant business experience.
• Basic knowledge in Logistics & Freight Forwarding, specifically in commercial operations.
• Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, and analysis and resolution of problems and complaints.
• Local market knowledge and updates on vertical markets (customers, product).
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Customer focus.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Organized, flexible, and able to prioritize work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• High competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
