Sales Executive

About The Role

Join our team as a Full-time Sales Executive at PT NNR RPX Global Logistics Indonesia, a leading provider of International freight forwarding and logistics solutions. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customers portfolio at our Batam Branch Office.

Prospecting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities to achieve sales target

Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

Aggressively promote company's services of International Freight Forwarding and Warehousing

Excellent collaboration with Jakarta, Cengkareng, Semarang and Surabaya Office, also Overseas networking partner to expand business traffic.

Identifying and pursuing new business leads through company database and market research

Ensure seamless delivery of services to customers by good cooperation with Operation Division

Providing regular sales and performance reports to the Management

Negotiate contract terms to secure the business and collaborate with finance for the payment

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales prospects.

Proactively discuss with stakeholders to fulfil client demand

Minimum 2 years' experience as sales in International Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.

Well knowledge of International Freight Forwarding and Incoterms is mandatory.

Proven good sales track record of consistently achieve sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation skills, keen to meet diversity people and good personality.

Having own car for sales activities.

Aggressively to approach customers to gain medium and big business target.

Ability to operate computer and accurate detail for calculating profitable business.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal in good business manner.

Willing to be placed at our Batam Office.
