Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify and research potential customers through online research, networking, and other channels.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer and prospect information in the company database.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Support participation in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.
• Monitor marketing activities and prepare simple performance reports.

• Understand the company’s products and services sufficiently to provide basic product information.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations using standard templates.
• Coordinate technical enquiries with the Project Manager or engineering team.
• Assist in preparing tender or proposal documents when required.

• Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Support contract administration and customer documentation.

• Organize meetings and maintain meeting minutes where required.
• Support office administration and other ad-hoc duties.
• Assist with simple project coordination and follow up on assigned action items.
