Sales Engineer – Industrial Calibration

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Batam . This role is pivotal in expanding the company's reach within the industrial equipment sector across the region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by understanding and meeting the complex needs of industrial clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of B2B sales cycles, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a competitive market, contributing to the company's strategic expansion plans.

• Identify and prospect new leads within the industrial sector in Batam and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and support.
• Present and demonstrate industrial equipment solutions to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with the internal technical and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and objectives.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the industrial equipment or B2B sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at various organizational levels.
• Familiarity with the industrial landscape in Riau Islands is a plus.
