Position: Analyst (Water Treatment)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead daily briefings and coordinate team activities on‑site
  • Monitor and evaluate analyst team performance
  • Ensure all equipment (dosing pumps, injection lines, lab instruments) operate properly
  • Prepare daily operational reports (chemical dosing & usage) using Excel
  • Manage chemical stock and coordinate procurement
  • Communicate with customer PIC regarding WTP, RO, Cooling, Boiler & WWTP operations
  • Conduct water analysis and monitoring
  • Prepare monthly reports and present results to clients
  • Ensure compliance with HSE/K3 standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
    • QUALIFICATIONS
  • SMK/D3/S1 in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in water treatment (WTP, RO, Cooling Tower, Boiler, WWTP)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently & in a mobile/field environment
  • Willing to be placed in Batam and Semarang
