We are currently looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our company. The role requires someone who is highly skilled and experienced in electrical work, with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical work on our construction projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. D3 in Polytechnic Electrical are welcome.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical work, preferably in the construction industry. MEP projects would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of electricians.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical work on construction sites.
• Manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings with the project team.
• Ensure that all work is done safely and in accordance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Assess and inspect the quality of work done by electrical sub-contractors.
• Plan and schedule electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Order materials and supplies as needed.
• Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical work.
• Lead the investigation of electrical faults and implement corrective action plans.
