- Administration / Assistant Treasurer
Responsible for accurately processing and maintaining all aspects of the district's payroll operations and providing timely and accurate compensation for all employees while maintaining confidentiality and effectively communicating with district staff and external entities.
Qualifications- Experience with payroll processing, accounting, bookkeeping, or financial record keeping.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and payroll software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous payroll experience in an Ohio public school district or governmental entity.
- Experience with Ohio State Software/USPS payroll systems.
- Knowledge of State Teacher Retirement System.
- Knowledge of School Employee Retirement System.
- Knowledge of Collective bargaining agreements.
- Knowledge of Public sector payroll procedures.
- Experience with HR Kiosk or electronic timekeeping systems preferred.
