Associate Product Manager

Job Purpose:

- The Associate Product Manager at FLINN SCIENTIFIC INC will play a crucial role in supporting the product management team in the development and execution of product strategies. This position is designed to assist in the lifecycle management of products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with the company's goals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product success and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives.

- Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch analysis.

- Help define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market analysis.

- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future product enhancements.

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

- Assist in the preparation of product documentation, including user guides and training materials.

Required

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a related role.

- Proven track record of managing product life cycles from conception to launch.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.
