A local youth organization in Batavia seeks Youth Development Assistants (YDAs) to create a positive after-school environment for children. YDAs will engage in program planning, lead activities in various areas including education and sports, and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all club members. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, organizational capabilities, and a commitment to fostering supportive relationships with youth.

This role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work Monday through Friday afternoons.
