PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading healthcare and commercial kitchen solutions company in Batavia, IL. We are now hiring a Drafter I who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and dependable!

• Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time | Day Shift | In-Person
• Employment Type:
  
  Temp-to-Hire
• Create 2D and 3D layout drawings
• Develop efficient equipment layouts
• Support healthcare kitchen design projects

• Associate degree or technical training in Drafting, Design, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum experience required:
  • Sketch Up – 3 years
  • Revit – 2 years
  • AutoCAD – 2 years
• Ability to read architectural, plumbing, electrical, and construction drawings
• Experience creating layouts from drawings, sketches, or reference photos
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to organize and maintain drawing blocks across multiple product lines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Previous experience in healthcare, commercial kitchens, or equipment layout design is a plus
