HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN IN BATAVIA, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electronic Engineering Technician to join our team in Batavia, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting in‑house electronic and motor repairs by setting up new items, creating test procedures, and training technicians.
Pay, Schedule, and Location- Starting at $25 to $35/hour depending on experience
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Located in Batavia, Illinois
- Identify and develop new items for in‑house electronic and motor repair
- Document, save, and scan all new set‑up and test procedures
- Train technicians on new set‑up procedures
- Assist department head with purchasing test equipment
- Support department organization and goals for growth and service excellence
- Provide on‑the‑job training to ensure technicians are properly trained
- Identify and recommend replacement units to customers as needed
- Cross‑reference foreign or obsolete parts
- Work on legacy products
- Perform production repair work as needed
- Assist with additional projects as assigned
- Engineering degree or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers
- Efficient set‑up and troubleshooting skills
- Clear and concise documentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and team‑oriented mindset
- Industrial electronics experience
