Your Impact
- Conduct EHS training, including but not limited to new hire orientation, powered industrial vehicle, lock out‑tag out, and DOT/RCRA.
- Perform safety audits throughout the facility and assist in solutions to safety hazards.
- Provide guidance and oversight for the site safety committees.
- Advise site leadership on EHS related matters.
- Assist in sustaining and improving EHS programs.
- Investigate safety incidents and coordinate solutions.
- Collect and review data; utilize the data to drive safety initiatives.
- 2-5 years of related experience.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate equipment and machinery.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools and the ability to gain expertise in various safety software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in group settings and deliver presentations.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse individuals.
- Ability to handle sensitive or challenging conversations in a professional and respectful manner.
- Experience in working with Safety and Environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience in Warehouse.
- Previous experience in an EHS role.
This position will pay within the range $26.00-$36.00 per hour, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 5% of compensation.

This role follows AGCO’s on‑site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 5 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork. This role is onsite in our Batavia IL facility.
