The Electrical Engineer reports to the Engineering Manager and plays a key role in the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of equipment. This position is responsible for electrical system design and support throughout the product lifecycle, including concept development, prototyping, testing, production launch, and sustaining engineering
.Working closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and suppliers, the Electrical Engineer develops practical, reliable, and cost-effective electrical solutions that meet customer expectations while supporting manufacturability, product quality, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a hands‑on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges both in the engineering lab and on the manufacturing floor
Key Results Area- s Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for commercial food service equipment, including heating circuits, temperature controls, wiring harnesses, sensors, and power distribution component
- s.Support products throughout the complete development lifecycle from concept and prototype through validation, production release, and continuous improve men
- t.Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and engineering documentation utilizing Solid Works, AutoCAD, and PD
- M.Collaborate with Design Engineering to integrate electrical and mechanical systems into robust, manufacturable product design
- s.Create and maintenance technical documentation updates while maintaining engineering standards and configuration contro
- l.Lead and support product validation, performance testing, reliability testing, and root cause failure analysi
- s.Work closely with Manufacturing to troubleshoot production issues, support pilot builds, improve assembly processes, and implement design improvements that enhance manufacturability and qualit
- y.Partner with Supply Chain and suppliers to evaluate electrical components, resolve technical issues, qualify new components, and support cost reduction initiative
- s.Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory and safety requirements including UL, NSF, CSA, ETL, and DOE standard
- s.Provide technical support to Quality, Tech Service, Sales, and other cross‑functional teams to resolve field issues and improve product performanc

- nce Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline requir

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial equipment, industrial products, appliances, or other electromechanical produc - ts.
Experience supporting products through the complete product development lifecycle, from concept through producti - on.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for production support and continuous improveme - nt.
Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, validation, and failure analys - is.
Experience working with regulatory certification agencies and applicable safety standards is preferr
