Randal Retail Group, established in 1981, is a third-generation family-owned business operated out of Batavia, IL. Randal manufactures and installs custom store fixtures, signage, and graphics. Our team designs and manufactures custom millwork, seating, and tables – nationally and internationally. Randal Retail works with a number of retail, food service, health & fitness and franchise operations.

Join a fast-paced office environment servicing clients daily while working alongside internal teams like purchasing, production and sales to fulfill customer needs.

• Respond to customer phone calls and emails in a timely fashion
• Answer customer questions and solve problems regarding orders
• Write up and process orders in MRP system
• Organize multiple customer requests simultaneously
• Work with purchasing to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained
• Work with manufacturing to ensure quality and timely delivery of products
• Obtain freight quotes
• Additional admin support as needed

• 3 years customer service in manufacturing industry required
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, excel specifically
• Prior MRP experience a plus
• Ability to read and understand blueprints is preferred
• Highly organized with multi-tasking skills is required
