Provide personal care services to residents according to the resident service plan;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility;
Observe and report changes in residents' health, safety, and well-being;
Respond promptly to call signals and resident emergencies, assisting or contacting emergency support;
Assist with transfers, positioning, walking, and use of mobility aids to support resident mobility;
Assist with serving meals and bussing tables during mealtimes;
Offer companionship and conversation while encouraging socialization among residents;
Launder residents’ clothing, linen and towels; fold and return to residents;
Complete minor housekeeping of residents’ apartments to maintain a pleasant home environment;
Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to residents, facility operations, and personnel
