The White Glove Executive Support Engineer provides elevated, high-touch IT support for senior leadership, including CIOs and CXOs, ensuring a seamless, reliable, and secure technology experience. This role delivers proactive, personalized support across executive devices, collaboration tools, and meeting environments, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness. The position is not limited to a single VIP, but supports multiple executive stakeholders requiring premium service levels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide elevated white glove IT support to CIO/CXO-level executives, ensuring minimal disruption and rapid resolution of issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive technology needs, requests, and incident escalation
- Perform proactive system health checks to prevent issues before executive meetings, presentations, and travel
- Support executive endpoints including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and secure access tools
- Deliver onsite deskside support for hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
- Support and troubleshoot conference rooms, AV equipment, and collaboration platforms for executive and board-level meetings
- Ensure strict confidentiality, data security, and compliance while handling executive information
- Coordinate with Tier 2/3 teams, vendors, and engineering teams for advanced issue resolution
- Document incidents, resolutions, and executive preferences within ITSM/ticketing systems
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process and technology improvements to enhance executive support experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Experience supporting senior leadership or C-level users
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and AV systems
- Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service mindset
- Ability to work onsite and respond quickly in time-sensitive environments
- Prior experience supporting CIO/CXO environments
- Exposure to AV systems and hybrid meeting technologies
- Understanding of IT security best practices and confidentiality standards
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Network+
