Brightway Insurance is seeking an experienced P&C Insurance Agent who will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions. This sales‑focused position requires exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Quote and sell various insurance products to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assess clients' insurance requirements and offer suitable insurance recommendations.
• Explain policy specifics, coverage limits, and exclusions clearly to clients.
• Guide clients in completing insurance applications and necessary documentation.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and updates in insurance policies.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions effectively.

• Possession of a valid Property and Casualty license in Illinois.
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales.
• Demonstrated background in sales administration or retail sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and make well‑informed decisions.

• Base Salary: $35,000 per year, in addition to commissions and bonuses.
• Anticipated first‑year total earnings between $50,000 and $65,000, inclusive of base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
