Position Overview

The Fulfillment Specialist ensures products move efficiently from inventory to customer delivery. The role leads fulfillment operations, inventory management, production coordination, and shipping activities to guarantee timely, high‑quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end fulfillment operations: order processing, production coordination, and shipment execution.
  • Create, schedule, and oversee work orders and product builds.
  • Monitor raw materials, work‑in‑progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.
  • Coordinate picking, kitting, packing, and shipping activities.
  • Ensure products are built, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment records.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in logistics, operations, warehouse management, manufacturing, military operations, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
