Position OverviewThe Fulfillment Specialist ensures products move efficiently from inventory to customer delivery. The role leads fulfillment operations, inventory management, production coordination, and shipping activities to guarantee timely, high‑quality deliveries.

- Manage end‑to‑end fulfillment operations: order processing, production coordination, and shipment execution.
- Create, schedule, and oversee work orders and product builds.
- Monitor raw materials, work‑in‑progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate picking, kitting, packing, and shipping activities.
- Ensure products are built, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment records.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership experience in logistics, operations, warehouse management, manufacturing, military operations, supply chain, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
