Lead all extrusion lines (Blown Film or Coater lines) including changeovers, machine start-up, running and shutdown;
Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, and standard operating procedures;
Organize, record, and ensure proper storage of resin;
Adjust machine specifications, pressures, and equipment for each job;
Work with and direct the extrusion assistant and other team mates to minimize job change-over and down time
