Bilingual Production Team Lead - 3rd Shift

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Bilingual Production Team Lead for a large, well-known client in Batavia, IL. The Production Team lead is responsible for the overall manufacturing processes, monitoring product quality and output, assisting the Production Manager and Supervisor in employee growth and development, and other duties as assigned.

Available shifts include:3rd Shift, 10:00pm-6:30am Monday-Friday

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Production Team Lead:
-Ensuring all production machines are running efficiently-Assist in the training and development of the production team (provide guides and motivation)-Ensure all areas of the production line/machines are covered (directs and assigns work to reach production goals)-Communicate production goals, safety and directions professionally-Inform the Production Supervisor of any escalated issues and communicate any performance issues-Notify the maintenance team of any equipment malfunctions or problems that are affecting production needs-Ensure all required paper work is presented during the shift and completed correctly-Review all documents at the end of the shift to ensure process was followed-Ensure all production team members are following all SOP's set in place-Ensure all production team members are following safety guidelines-Ensure all activities are aligned with company policies-Maintain a clean work environment at all times-Production lead will be the first one in and last one out during the shift

Required Qualifications of the Bilingual Production Team Lead:-Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
-At least 2 years or more of production experience-Previous workplace leadership experience preferred-Aptitude for mechanics and an eye for detail-Excellent problem solving and organizational skills-Excellent leadership skills and abilities (integrity, commitment, communication, delegation, accountability, and innovation)-Flexibility to work longer shifts and OT when needed-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods of time when needed
