We are seeking a Production Attendant-Quality Technician at our Batavia location.

1st shift 9am-5pm M-F

• Candidate will audit and report all production activities to the Production manager
• Conduct incoming and final inspections identifying dimensional and visual defects using Pamarco quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Assist with other tasks as directed by the lead or supervisor.

• Position requires organization and accurate entry of internal quality documents.
• Able to locate, read, and understand prints and drawings of press rolls.
• Clear understanding of tolerances, common terminology, and critical measures to manufacturing (Run‑out, TIR, taper, concentricity, etc.)
• Safely operate forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Safely operate hoist to load and unload rolls from shipping crates and carts.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with coworkers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with reading blueprints and using measuring/inspection tools.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
