Lead in all aspects of operation of Press lines including changeovers, machine start-up, running and shut-down;
Direct the press assistant and pit crew to minimize job change-over and down time;
Train and direct the press assistant to become efficient at required duties defined in the training matrix;
Ensure all appropriate paperwork is filled out accurately and completely (production reports, job verification sheets, ink usage sheets, QA reports, roll tickets, SOC sheets, etc.);
Comply with 5S and World Class Manufacturing initiatives and other duties as assigned
