Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm

Description

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems used in aluminum and metal products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical components, wiring, and harnesses for aluminum/metal products.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Measure, cut, strip, and connect wires to specified lengths and configurations.
  • Use hand and power tools such as drills, crimpers, and wire strippers.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure proper assembly and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical or assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Comfortable working with aluminum and metal materials.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in metal or aluminum manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures.
  • Ability to use measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.).
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Work Environment

Manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks required.
