Part-Time Injection Molding Press Operator

Summary

The Injection Molding Press Operator – AGS FLEX, Level 0 is an entry‑level position responsible for supporting production operations within the injection molding department. This role provides on‑the‑job training to develop the skills necessary for advancement to Level 1 certification. The operator assists with molding, inspection, secondary operations, and packaging while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

• Follow all safety regulations

• Collects, trims, visually inspects, sorts, conducts secondary operations, adds inserts or secondary components to molds, and packages finished product per specifications.
• Immediately notifies the supervisor of any error messages, alarms, or abnormal machine conditions.
• Accurately labels, identifies, and documents finished product per company and customer requirements.
• Assists with operator coverage during scheduled breaks as assigned.
• Supports continuous improvement, production efficiency, and team collaboration.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required by supervision.
