Job Summary:

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Heat Benders to join our aluminum manufacturing team in Batavia, IL. This position involves heating and bending aluminum materials according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heat bending equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Heat and bend aluminum materials to required specifications
• Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with general production duties as needed
• Report any equipment or quality concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
