• Sources cost of new and repair pricing on jobs with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
• Informs customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
• Quotes all incoming jobs in a timely manner
• Follows up on all quotes to obtain customer approval for the repair
• Confers with production or shipping to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
• Receives and checks customer complaints
• Handles all filing related to the assigned customer group
• Fills out customer concern forms on sub-contracted jobs
• Prepares various reports to customers or management as needed
