Accurate Personnel is hiring Production Associates for a plastic molding company in Batavia, IL. These are long-term opportunities with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available. If you're dependable, safety-conscious, and looking for steady warehouse or manufacturing work, we want to hear from you!
Pay, Schedule, and Location- Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift schedule available
- Located in Batavia, IL
- Assist with production line operations
- Work with plastic molded products
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Package and prepare finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Perform other production duties as assigned
- Must maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work the assigned shift consistently
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Must wear required safety glasses
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
