Creative & Content Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW The Creative & Content Coordinator manages and executes creative and content workflows supporting marketing campaigns and channel activation within priorities established by the Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing and creative direction provided by the Art Director. The role executes product photography and video, coordinates assigned creative work from intake through delivery, executes approved content and organic social activity, and maintains organized marketing assets.

The role also identifies when specialized external expertise or production capacity is required and brings forward recommendations.

Responsibilities Creative Workflow & Production Manage assigned creative requests through production, review, approval, delivery, and archive within established priorities and creative direction.

Deliver approved creative and content assets to channel owners in required formats and within established timelines, escalating issues that may affect delivery.

Creative Production, Product Photography & Video Execute and coordinate product photography and video to support marketing campaigns, ecommerce, catalog, and other approved business needs, working within creative direction established by the Art Director.

Manage photography and video workflows, including product and sample coordination, shot requirements, scheduling, production, asset delivery, and organization.

Proactively identify when production needs require specialized skills, equipment, capacity, or external expertise, and bring forward recommendations to the Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing and Art Director.

Coordinate with approved external creative, photography, video, and production partners when additional expertise or capacity is required

Content Production Draft, edit, coordinate, and publish assigned marketing content within approved messaging, creative direction, and brand standards.

Support content needs across marketing channels and coordinate required reviews and approvals.

Organic Social Media Execute and maintain assigned organic social activity, including coordination, scheduling, publishing, and basic performance reporting.

Coordinate required content and creative assets within approved plans.

Catalog & Marketing Material Proofing Support the review and proofing of catalogs and other marketing materials for accuracy and consistency across pricing, product information, copy, imagery, and other assigned content.

Coordinate corrections and follow-up with appropriate internal teams to help ensure final materials are accurate and ready for production.

Event Content & Creative Support Support creative and content needs for events and other approved business priorities.

Coordinate assigned creative and content deliverables with the Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing and appropriate functional partners.

Asset Management & Brand Execution Own day-to-day organization of current and reusable creative/content assets using established naming, version-control, and storage practices.

Apply approved brand standards and creative direction consistently in day-to-day execution.

What Success Looks Like Assigned creative and content work is completed accurately and on schedule.

Work follows clear review and approval direction, with issues surfaced early.

Content and organic social execution align with approved plans and brand direction.

Final assets are organized, current, and reusable.

Capability and ownership of repeatable creative/content work increase over time.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent education/training.

Strong writing, editing, organization, and content-coordination skills.
