Volunteer Opportunity
LBFE is seeking volunteers that can commit to visiting or calling an older adult twice a month for 12 months. The goal is to develop a friendship together. In‑person visits may take place at the older adult’s home, your home, outdoors (weather‑appropriate), or other community spots. Phone calls can be made from anywhere.
Requirements:
Attendance at a one‑hour orientation session is required to volunteer, and a successful background screen must be completed.
