Hentzen Coatings, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Color Shader for the 1st shift to adjust wet properties and tint coatings per formulas. You will use a spectrophotometer (X‑Rite) and hand spray test panels, ensuring color aligns with standards.
You will log final QC results, perform basic QC lab tests, and assist with process improvements alongside chemists and supervisors. Proficiency in Excel/Access and strong color vision are essential. This is an on-site role with safety protocols.
