Real Estate Listing Coordinator

A high-performing real estate team is seeking a Listing Coordinator to play a key role in preparing homes for market and ensuring each listing is launched smoothly, accurately, and on time. In this role, you will work closely with agents, sellers, vendors, and internal team members to coordinate the entire pre-listing process. From scheduling photography and staging to organizing property information and preparing MLS listings, you will help ensure every detail is handled with care.

What You ll Do

• Coordinate the listing process from initial intake through the launch of the property
• Gather and organize property information, tax records, comps, and other listing details
• Communicate with sellers regarding appointments, next steps, and listing preparation
• Schedule and coordinate photographers, stagers, lockbox installation, and other vendors
• Prepare and enter accurate listing information into the MLS
• Maintain organized listing files, documentation, and records across digital and physical systems
• Manage tasks, contacts, and documentation within the CRM
• Collaborate closely with agents and the support team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication
• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to keep the listing process moving
• Step in to support the broader team wherever needed

What We re Looking For

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces  are someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and naturally looks ahead to identify what needs to happen next.

You will ideally have:

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate, listing coordination, transaction coordination, title, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt your communication style to different clients and situations
• Comfort working in CRM systems, MLS platforms, Google Workspace, and other technology
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, dependable team-first mindset
