Sales Associate - Batavia Retail Store

About the Role

We have a current opening for a Retail Team Member at Fannie May, part of the Ferrero family of brands. Fannie May was founded over 100 years ago with one simple store in Chicago and continues today using only the freshest, purest ingredients in time‑honored recipes and new creations. Our retail team members help create a warm in‑store experience and make moments special with our premium chocolates.

• Generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate the cash register.
• Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the store manager.

• Friendly and outgoing.
• Enjoy working with customers and reaching out to the community.
• Have a love for chocolate.

The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package — including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits — provided the employee works at least 30 hours per week.
