About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Associate to support a growing, high-performing sales team within a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role blends client-facing interaction with hands‑on coordination, offering exposure across the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through execution.
You will partner closely with senior sales professionals on complex engagements while independently managing smaller opportunities. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven setting. This position is designed as a development path into a future Account Executive role, providing structured learning and direct exposure to client strategy, pricing, and project execution.
Required Skills1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles.
JUNIOR LEVEL CANDIDATES ONLY
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client‑facing mindset
High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working with pricing, numbers, and basic financial concepts
Experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have SkillsExperience in events, hospitality, logistics, construction, or design-related industries
Exposure to proposal development, quoting, or project coordination
Experience participating in site visits, walkthroughs, or client presentations
