The Opportunity:

As a Sales Associate, you will support senior sales professionals and develop your own client base, offering a hands‑on launchpad for a growing sales career in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Support Account Executives in managing key client relationships, including event planners, venues, and corporate partners.
- Assist clients throughout the inquiry, proposal, and planning phases for event rentals and installations.
- Independently manage smaller projects and inbound sales opportunities from initial contact to completion.
- Participate in proposal development, pricing, and creation of installation plans tailored to event needs.
- Conduct site visits and job walk‑throughs to assess logistics and scope for upcoming events.
- Ensure all sales activity is accurately tracked and documented in CRM (Hub Spot), following up on pipeline tasks and data integrity.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing timely updates and a high-quality experience.
- Contribute to post‑event debriefs, collaborate with team members, and participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with pricing, basic financial concepts, and proposal development.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred), Microsoft Office, and standard email tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Skills:
- Interest or experience in events, construction, logistics, or design-oriented industries.
- Eagerness to grow into an Account Executive‑level position.
- Experience participating in site visits or supporting event production logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell or creatively enhance client experiences within sales cycles.
- Strong professional demeanor with both internal and external stakeholders.
