Installer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Installation Technician

This is a full-time, on-site Installer role located in Batavia, IL. The Installer will perform the installation of vehicle upfitting solutions such as storage systems, racks, and other commercial vehicle components. Daily responsibilities include the proper assembly, fitting, and installation of equipment according to client and company specifications. The Installer will also perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

• Experience with tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and other hand and power tools
• Competence in vehicle systems, wiring, and installation of equipment
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality outcomes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation instructions
• Good understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow guidelines
  
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and install heavy equipment
• Prior experience in vehicle upfitting, auto repair, or a related technical field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training preferred
