About the Role

As an apprentice, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing American National Insulation products according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality, and safety guidelines.

• Install insulation and other company products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all product(s), tools, and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job‑site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility assigned per the CBAs.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.

Local and out‑of‑town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

• Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products.
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.

$27.28 - $45.46 base salary within this range, varying based on relevant factors.
