Job Overview
American National Insulation is part of the Top Build family of companies, which comprises over 450 branch locations across the United States and Canada. This position seeks an Apprentice who will install insulation and building materials throughout the job sites.
Responsibilities- Responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
- Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company.
- Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
- Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment for the day.
- Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage material at job site.
- Report on safety, customer or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Valid safety training and willingness to follow company safety procedures.
Local; out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.
Physical RequirementsAble to lift 50 lb. unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.
CompensationRange: $17.64 – $35.29 per hour. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
