Mas Tec Communications Group is seeking a Tower Technician III to install, maintain, and operate telecom equipment across wired, wireless, fiber, and microwave systems. You will climb towers, assist in tower erection, and support antenna installations while upholding strict safety standards.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years of tower experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You will mentor junior techs and contribute to safety and quality on long-term projects.
