Fermilab is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic IV for its 24x7 onsite Batavia facility. The role involves journeyman-level mechanical maintenance, preventive and corrective repairs across HVAC, pumping, plumbing, and related systems, under ISD supervision.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience and a solid understanding of mechanical repairs and safety procedures. Onsite work, ES&H training, and a strong reliability mindset are required.
