Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated and experienced Sports Performance Specialists who are looking for a unique opportunity to work and grow within the private sector of the sports performance industry. The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of speed development and athlete movement mechanics, along with a strong foundation in strength training principles. This role involves working with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes in a high-energy training environment using proven systems that set ETS apart from the competition.
In addition to being aligned with ETS partner and NFL All-Pro Adam Thielenand other notable professional athletes, the candidate will be supported by an experienced leadership team and a national network of performance specialists committed to developing athletes at the highest level. We believe many programs lack consistent professional attention to detail in fundamental athletic development. Our goal is for every athlete to train in a results-driven environment that emphasizes accountability, character, and competition alongside measurable performance gains.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead speed, agility, and strength training sessions
- Coach sprint mechanics, acceleration, max velocity, and change of direction
- Implement structured strength and power programs
- Provide technical instruction and real-time feedback
- Track and evaluate athlete performance metrics
- Maintain a professional and motivating training atmosphere
- Build strong relationships with athletes and families
- Post-graduate experience in strength and conditioning or sports performance
- Demonstrated expertise in speed development methodology
- Accredited professional certification preferred (CSCS, SCCC, USAW, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with youth through elite athletes
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
- Accountable, dependable, and growth-oriented
ETS is in a rapid growth phase nationwide and is developing specialists for future leadership roles. Mastery of ETS systems can lead to advancement opportunities and placement in our internal development program for future facility leadership positions.
Compensation and Benefits- Base salary: $2,000–$3,000 per month plus incentives
