Warehouse Associate

Design Within Reach is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will receive, pack, and ship our merchandise while upholding our high shipping standards. (This role is full-time with the potential for overtime.)

You’ll have opportunities to improve processes, foster teamwork, and build relationships each day as you:

• Manage customer inquiries and assist with inventory.
• Unload or pack freight.
• Prepare receipts to help separate freight by SKU #.
• Stack and palletize product to utilize storage.
• Label each carton with bar-code labels in a uniform manner.
• Count and verify quantities against a packing list.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• You thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
• You perform in a safe manner consistent with company policies and federal, state, and local laws.
• You can consistently lift 50–75 lbs and team‑lift up to 250 lbs occasionally.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You have flexibility for overtime and weekend work.
• You can pass a drug screen and background check.
