Customer Product Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

Working with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Respond to inquiries from customers, sales representatives/managers and end consumers, utilizing multiple communication channels, including telephone, e-mail, chat and Guest Book feedback.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of existing and new Chapin products and product modifications.
• Respond to customer online reviews.
• Work in conjunction with engineering to identify potential product issues.

MUST HAVE:

• Professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Positive outlook, always willing to help where needed

NICE TO HAVE:

• Blue print reading a plus
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Prior phone service / collections experience a PLUS
