Essential Functions...

• Perform duties necessary in Batching, Separating, Receiving, and VTIS Processing to ensure service to fillers.
• Support implementation and continued development of the processing master sanitation program.
• Submit work orders via MP2 system and maintain equipment.
• Complete end of shift documentation accurately and timely.
• Interface with laboratory department to insure product meets quality standards.
• Maintain communication with other plant team members to ensure internal customers always has product.
• Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.

Education and Experience… - Physical Requirements…

• GED or High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years experience in Manufacturing.
• Prior experience in leading teams and resources.
• Intermediate Computer Skill (i.e. Word, Excel, etc)
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Solid Work Ethic.
• Ability to work well with people.
• Communication skills are a must.
• Multi-tasked Individual -
• Standing:
  Long periods (a minimum of 6 hours)

  Occasionally for short periods

  Long periods
• Bending:
  Occasionally
• Twisting of Spine:
  Occasionally
• Lifting:
  Heavy (50+ lbs) frequently
• Carrying:
  Heavy (40-60 lbs) frequently distance Pushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs without assistance frequently

Special Requirements…

• Must be able to operate all processing equipment.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

The pay range for this position is $27.15 - $28.43 USD
