Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Set up temporary work zones, including placing warning signs, traffic cones, stop/slow paddles, rumble strips, and other traffic control devices according to safety standards;
Maintain traffic control setups throughout the workday, regularly monitoring and adjusting signs, cones, and other equipment to reflect changing site conditions;
Remove temporary work zones at the end of each project or shift, ensuring all traffic control devices and materials are collected and the area is left in a safe condition;
Guide vehicle traffic safely through and around construction and paving areas using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and clear communication;
Direct pedestrians safely around work zones, identifying safe routes and preventing entry into hazardous areas
